We’re starting this thread for you guys to report any issues and weird things that you are seeing or ask any questions. We have a number of issues logged that we are already working on a fix for, so this is a work in process.
Some things to note as you are reporting issues:

It’s good to see you all and thanks for being patient!
Whenever reporting a bug we need as much info as possible or our tech team cannot reproduce the issue and verify it's actually occurring. If they can't see the issue they cannot fix it. You cannot overshare details, test on too many devices or share too many screenshots... The more detail the better!
@WinglessOne @TeamBIC I'm having the same issue.
And here's another one: I noticed just after NLD that lippies that were on my Loves List were not reflected on the product page, even though they were on the actual Loves List. So, I only ordered one LAWLESS Forget the Filler Lip-Plumping Line-Smoothing Tinted Lip Balm because I didn't see 3-4 shades that I'd loved show up on the product page. I contacted Customer Support but didn't hear back.
Another issue: not being able to search through the Loves List well. The options to organize the list are too restrictive, imho.
Hi @WinglessOne and @greeneyedgirl107, thank you both for flagging this! We tested on our end, and we see the same thing on mweb. We're looking into this with our tech partners.

UPDATE: as of this morning, my broken Loves List heart is mended, hooray! That icon’s working as expected now from any .com page. I used it to place some Rouge Celebration orders today. 👍
Also, whatever fixed that issue also seems to have fixed the obnoxious glitches I was seeing via iPad + Chrome in desktop content mode. I can now log in at .com with that device + browser combo with no issues. I didn’t wanna report all the weirdness until I made sure the problem wasn’t on my end, but now I don’t need to. 😂

@greeneyedgirl107 Wouldn’t it be great if we could create as many loves lists as we want, and name ‘em ourselves? Then I could have a “Lipstick Loves” list separate from “Blush Loves” list, etc. Even if Sephora limited us to, I dunno, 5-10 lists. Some other large retailers (not even just beauty retailers) let me create my own multiple wish lists and I greatly appreciate that. Eh, I suppose folks whose loves/wish lists are quite short wouldn't notice a difference—and that’s fine, they could just stick with the default single Loves List while the rest of us group things into smaller lists for easier reference.
Or at a minimum, even if Sephora would chunk the existing single Loves List into general categories like Makeup, Hair care, Skincare, Fragrance, etc.; that might help us scan the list and find things more easily. It’d still be annoying since the list would be long (for some of us 🫠), but a bit better than the current unorganized list.
About shades on Loves List not appearing on product pages: interesting that there wasn’t a “no longer available” note on your Loves List, if those shades really weren’t available to order. I’m pretty sure that’s happened to me a few times… now I’ll have to look at my list and see if I’ve got something similar happening right now. I can see Sephora leaving that product on your loves list in case you wanna buy a different shade, but a “shade not available” note on the loves list would be nice (if that’s not already happening).
@WinglessOne yes on all points! And I've posted on BIC that I want to be able to add comments to items on my Loves List.

@greeneyedgirl107 Ah, I misunderstood your issue. I thought you meant a shade on your Loves List wasn’t available at all on the product page (out of stock, etc.). Instead, I see the shade is available, it’s just not marked as loved (no filled-in heart) on the product page.
I’ve never noticed that before with anything on my own Loves List. Doesn’t mean it’s never happened; I just haven’t noticed because I usually know which shades of something I want, and if I forget a shade name (hence multiple instances of the same product on my Loves List, in different shades), I usually end up picking it anyway on the product page. I can definitely see this being a problem for anyone shopping for complexion products: I’ve put 2 or 3 shades of a concealer on my Loves List, but that’s more so I can reference them later when I’m in-store to swatch ‘em. Anyone buying blind (no swatching first) that way though, understandably relying on seeing which shades they’d “loved” on the product page… yeah, that’d be annoying.

And this is happening on the app, switching back to the community tab yields a blank screen, I can log in and see the home page, but if I switch out the app or between pages, I'll hit this
I need to post my faves, update my challenge and ogle everyone's hauls, send halp 😭😭
ETA: seems okay for now 🤷🏽♀️, didn't change my password or anything, so not sure what was going on with mobile. Did reinstall the app, as so 🤞🏽🤞🏽

Separate issue, a lot of product tags for newness don't seem to exist, even if the product is available for mobile, but it appears on the app. Top shot is search on the app, bottom is my attempt to tag it here @TeamBIC
(Me 3 @TeamBIC , having continual issues with tagging new products. Recent products include new blush from Summer Fridays and Ilia. )

@danielledanielle @TeamBIC - I just had this issue in the Jovial July Hauls 2025 . I tried to tag the Fenty The Clear Thinker as part of my haul, but it wouldn't come up no matter what form of the name I used. It did come up when I searched, just not for a tag.
Hi, @TeamBIC ! I want to report that I'm not receiving all my email notifications. It seemed like I didn't have as many emails as usual, plus specific individuals respond on specific threads and I haven't been seeing those either.
This evening while responding to someone's email, I discovered several posts that I never received. When looking through recent threads I posted on, there were many responses (as far back as two weeks ago) that I never received. They were tagged.
I first noticed the problem this past week.
