We’re starting this thread for you guys to report any issues and weird things that you are seeing or ask any questions. We have a number of issues logged that we are already working on a fix for, so this is a work in process.

It’s good to see you all and thanks for being patient!
Whenever reporting a bug we need as much info as possible or our tech team cannot reproduce the issue and verify it's actually occurring. If they can't see the issue they cannot fix it. You cannot overshare details, test on too many devices or share too many screenshots... The more detail the better!
Hi @TeamBIC I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but as of today it seems I am not getting most of my email notifications about mentions in BIC. I can see my notifications from the notifications page in the community, but I am not getting emails about them as I normally would (I did get one email, but there were several other notifications that I never got an email for). Not sure if this is affecting anyone else?

Update: I seem to be getting my email notifications (or at least most of them) after all, they are just very delayed for some reason.

Hey @TeamBIC another update I know some others were mentioning this is the prior weeks lot of my gallery photos aren’t being added even after the 72 hours and beyond.

I am still noticing some of my reviews not showing up on the direct pages for the products , but they do in my settings section where it shows reviews. They are being approved but not appearing under product listings.

This is happening for me still, unsure of the reasons. For instance, my NATASHA DENONA Roxa Eyeshadow Palette review is not showing but one I did for SEPHORA COLLECTION The Amazing Eyeshadow Palette Vibrant Lights did show up. I can usually tell if the review is for a new product but getting no helpful (or unhelpful, lol) votes.
I would love to know if there's anything we can do to avoid this - I like to be able to post unincentivized reviews, especially for new items. @peculiarzmakeup @TeamBIC
Hey @TeamBIC, was the Gallery glitch of missing photos fixed? It’s not for me.
I’ve only ever uploaded one photo to the Gallery. When the missing photos glitch began, my photo was among the victims. I checked My Gallery 2 minutes ago and it’s empty: all I see is the “you don’t have any photos or videos yet” message and the upload button.
I checked via Google Chrome in desktop content mode on iPadOS 17.6.1.
I’ll check again in a minute with a different browser (Safari), in case the problem is Chrome’s desktop mode vs. mobile content mode. UPDATE: nope, same problem in Safari on my iPad. 😞

This isn't an isolated thing. You probably have a better understanding of what happens, but it's like when the gallery relaunched, some things became unlinked in odd ways, but still linked in others. How do I know? I was looking at a product page and saw a photo I uploaded, but had gone missing from my gallery. It was innbeauty slushy serum, I think.

Last night I uploaded 2 swatch photos, partly as a gallery test. 😅 I see the product tag process is still obnoxious in the gallery: I don’t think the tag actually stuck to my first swatch photo. I remember getting frustrated while tagging my selfie.

@SportyGirly125 Aw crud. Kinda makes me not wanna upload any other photos if they’re just gonna randomly disappear again. I guess I’ll keep waiting til the problem’s fixed.
Hi @WinglessOne, thanks so much for flagging your experience with Gallery photos not populating as expected in your Community profile, we know this is frustrating. @danielledanielle is correct that your photos still exist and can be found by searching your username directly in the Gallery, even though we recognize that they should be showing in up in your profile as well. We are aware of this issue and are working with our Gallery vendor to resolve. We appreciate your patience 🙏
@WinglessOne Mine haven’t disappeared but are separated in 2 sections. I only know because when my pics are uploaded and I click on my username one has 60ish photos and the other one has 300ish.
Login issues started up again for me today 😭 Lately I've been able to sign in via notification for email, but now I have to clear cookies or go incognito to be able to post @TeamBIC
