Hello beautiful Beauty Insider Community members! 

We’re starting this thread for you guys to report any issues and weird things that you are seeing or ask any questions. We have a number of issues logged that we are already working on a fix for, so this is a work in process.

Some things to note as you are reporting issues:

• If you are looking for a thread and can’t find it, please post here. We’ll need to manually move some threads that got lost in the migration to their correct groups.
• If you are reporting a bug please be specific about the issue you're seeing, how you got there (“I clicked here and it did *this*”), the device you're using and which browser you're in. 

Some tips:

• If you are looking for a thread that you commented on in the old community, go to the front page of conversations and click the “My Posts” tab. This is where you will find all of your conversations activity, including your heart count.

Whenever reporting a bug we need as much info as possible or our tech team cannot reproduce the issue and verify it's actually occurring. If they can't see the issue they cannot fix it. You cannot overshare details, test on too many devices or share too many screenshots... The more detail the better!

Anyone else experiencing lag trying to post? I keep getting very slow page loads 😔 😭  Similar to uploading pics, the button greys out Ave my loading bar starts and just stops for a few seconds

@TeamBIC @Posted three photos last week that haven’t uploaded to the gallery. The pictures I uploaded before and after seem to have made it. Is there a way to look into this for me? Please and thank you.

@SportyGirly125 Oh no! I'm sorry to hear your photos didn't make it into the Gallery. Can you describe them? I don't see any stuck in moderation (or denied), but I can check with our Gallery partners in case they are hiding somewhere.

Tags aren't working again @TeamBIC 

Examine in Product Releases: 2026 , I've tagged the Sephora Favorites that just came out, all the tags are gone

 

Also couldn't tag ANYTHING a second ago.. like there's no blush?!!!

@danielledanielle Ahh thanks for sharing - this bug is so pesky the way it keeps disappearing and then coming back to haunt us. I (Alex) was just able to post Monthly Faves with tags, so I'll keep an eye out and see if they fall off again!

@TeamBIC I'm still having trouble posting pics on BIC.  I can't post screenshots or pasted images.  Any insight?

@greeneyedgirl107 had a recent hall post where the photo wasn't appearing in the April haul thread

Also, took multiple attempts to upload a screen in Rewards Bazaar Trophy Room 

This is how it appeared, even with the photo loaded.  Had to go back and edit

 

 Now it's showing. 

And even in this post, the link broke. A lot of times, the post just freezes/guess white

@danielledanielle good catch!  I went to edit it and see if I could upload the pic again.   When I went to edit, it magically appeared.   So far, it's still up.  @TeamBIC

Hi @greeneyedgirl107! Sorry to hear that, that's frustrating! Are you receiving an error when you attempt to upload the image from your device? Or after you've uploaded your pictures, formatted your post, and try to hit submit?

@TeamBIC I don't get any error messages.   Nothing happens, or it looks like it will upload and then goes blank.

Anyone experiencing lag worse than normal on BIC?  I thought it was just the App, but I'm on my mobile and I am getting the Resend Data prompt or sometimes I'll post and the reply button just starts greyed out.  I have to go back and refresh the page to see my reply @TeamBIC
