We’re starting this thread for you guys to report any issues and weird things that you are seeing or ask any questions. We have a number of issues logged that we are already working on a fix for, so this is a work in process.

It’s good to see you all and thanks for being patient!
Whenever reporting a bug we need as much info as possible or our tech team cannot reproduce the issue and verify it's actually occurring. If they can't see the issue they cannot fix it. You cannot overshare details, test on too many devices or share too many screenshots... The more detail the better!
@Sunnysmom I have the app too and it doesn’t kick me on there. Maybe I found a loop hole on my end.
Me too, as of this morning, I couldn’t sign in on browser or mobile, but mobile seems to be working now (obviously since I’m posting, lol).

@lmaster I've been trying to avoid that because idk what it'll do to my phone. But if this keeps up much longer...
It's annoying lol @greeneyedgirl107 and the incognito tab on my phone is ok but if I go through my email notification it doesn't take me to the incognito tab so I still have to log in again 😞
Website is having trouble. I’m not sure for everyone but mine was logging in and out and the app not showing notifications and glitches I would refresh, clear cookies/ cache. Delete app and reinstall it’s been days for me it’s so weird I hope it gets worked out for everyone and for you soon 💕💕💕 @greeneyedgirl107
Hi @lmaster and @peculiarzmakeup! 🙂 I've been having the same issues this morning too, and our vendor partners are aware and keeping an eye on it. Clearing your browser cache/cookies might help - I've seen little improvements throughout the morning so far!
Is there an update on this @GeorginaBT & @TeamBIC . I can't log into community on Firefox on Mobile and Chrome just glitches entirely. I can still shop on Firefox 😓😅

@GeorginaBT - I started getting this same login issue yesterday and I'm still getting it this morning. I cleared my cache last night.
I'm able to get in via Sephora then clicking on the community at the bottom, but not directly via e-mail notices or my bookmarked link.

It's still happening though. I've cleared cookies as advised. I'm logged in, but it just happened a few minutes ago, no 404 error this time*
*ETA, happens when I'm clicking on a link in my email, so when the browser is opened in the Gmail app, I can't log in, I have to open in Firefox, go to the homepage, and then re-login again THEN it might work 😑
Hi friends! Yes - despite some improvements we're still seeing issues on our end. Thanks for your patience and for trying out temporary solutions like clearing your cache/cookies - we're continuing to work with our vendor partners on a more permanent fix! 🙏
Same here it keeps telling me to refresh browser and signing in and out hopefully they will resolve it soon 💕 @lmaster
@lmaster yay glad it works I downloaded the app I never had the app and that’s working I think the service in this area is wonky 💕

I just noticed on my buy again list that there is a purchase I didn’t make on 2/5. Is this a glitch?
