I was skeptical, but my sleep has gone from 2-3 hrs per night (for decades) to 6-7 hrs for the past 2-3 months that I've been using this method. I takeVitamin B complex (contains all the B vitamins)CD-2EMagnesium ZincI've been doing this since becoming a vegetarian around 1990.

@caitbird - I am grateful that my handsome 18 yo cat Ivan is still alive. Two weeks ago this Tuesday, I thought he was either going to die or I was going to have to euthanize him. Fortunately, he survived and is now doing much better. Before at vet. Today, two weeks later.

@Lipstickchichi1 - I'm vegan so I read all ingredients. Don't rely on the "vegan" filter; use it as a guide. For example, Natasia Denona eye palettes show up as vegan, yet some eyeshadows in those palettes contain carmine. Viseart is mostly vegan, but read the ingredients. It will say which colors contain carmine. You can buy individual colors on their website. Dior and Chanel also spell it out. Artist Couture appears to be vegan. Tom Ford is not. Urban Decay say "+/-" which means they can't even be bothered to let the customer know the specific shades.

Hi, @IAteABarOfSoap ! I rarely use a dryer. When I do, I use a diffuser. The one I like is Drybar The Bouncer Diffuser . It's big (but not super huge) and the fingers are long. I bought it about 1 1/2 years ago. Other than dropping it and breaking off one of the fingers, it's held up well.
