@blsmm, in the fall/winter months, my skin is dry to very dry and I experience redness around my nose and some mild rosacea on my cheeks. For me, having a simple but gentle and effective routine that focuses on keeping my skin barrier healthy is key and also trying to avoid the things that are triggers for me when it comes to my rosacea flareups (e.g., certain foods, extreme temperatures, etc). Here's what I usually use this time of the year and that I go back to if I'm trying different products and experience a rosacea flare up. AMCleanse with Skinfix Hydrating Foaming Oil Cleanser with Hyaluronic Acid 6 oz/ 177 mL - I use lukewarm water and pat my face dry (vs. rubbing my face with a washcloth to remove the excess water)Moisturizer is usually whatever I'm using as my evening moisturizer, but if that is too heavy for AM, I use Dr. Jart+ Ceramidin™ Skin Barrier Moisturizing Cream Sunscreen - I prefer a mineral / physical sunscreen and am currently rotating between INNBEAUTY PROJECT Mineral Sun Glow Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 43 PA +++ with Peptides and Vitamin C and Saint Jane Beauty Luxury Sun Ritual Pore Smoothing Face Sunscreen SPF 30 1.7 oz / 50 mL Optional: For extra hydration and to help soothe / calm redness, I occasionally spritz my face with EADEM Mami Wata Barrier Strengthening Face Mist with Cica, Panthenol, Ectoin for Sensitive, Irritated Skin null (NOTE: it does have an herbaceous scent that may not be for everyone) PMCleanse: I usually employ a double cleanse method in the evenings, first with an oil based cleanser and then a water based cleanser, but when my skin barrier is compromised or my rosacea is acting up, I'll use Skinfix Hydrating Foaming Oil Cleanser with Hyaluronic Acid 6 oz/ 177 mL for both my first and second cleanse. It's gentle and effective - at removing makeup, sunscreen, etc. while cleansing and hydrating my skin; it doesn't leave it feeling dry or tight. 👍Optional: spritz with Eadem mistMoisturize: I use a heavier moisturizer in the evenings and my skin has really been loving (and been nourished by) # Rhode Barrier Butter Intensive Moisture Balm - there's also a mini/travel size available. If this is too heavy/rich and the Dr. Jart Ceramidin Cream is not rich enough, you might consider # Farmacy Honey Halo Ultra-Hydrating Ceramide MoisturizerOPTIONAL: That's typically all I use, but if I need something extra for my skin, I might add a face oil on top of the moisturizer (or mixed into it) such as The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil .

I've never tried retinoids to be honest. But I've been thinking about it for a long time because I want to improve the condition of my skin. I recently found best hims phone number and I'm also thinking about learning more about the best products and retinol. I might even consult my dermatologist about it

I don't use foundation because it's hard for me to find a good one. But if you think about it, I have good skin without any blemishes, so I don't see much point in using it. I recently read hers and I think it would be interesting to make gifts related to care and cosmetics for my friends for Christmas. I think I won't be wrong with that for sure

Thanks Candy. I have very dry skin and it really annoys me. Recently I found best hers phone number . I think it depends on health and that it’s necessary to start treating it from the inside. What vitamins can help improve the condition of the skin?
