Yes! Or at least require that they be closely chaperoned by a guardian over 21. These stores are not there so everyone can have a nice time. They are there to make $$$ and those of us old enough to have more than allowance money are getting driven away because the store environments have deteriorated to such a degree, thanks mostly to kids who treat it like a fair grounds. I haven't set foot in a Sephora since 2017 after a bad experience where this huge crowd of middle school kids packed in right after their school got out and I had to wait in line for the tiny elevator (I'm disabled & couldnt use the stairs) to go to the 2nd floor for like 25 minutes while the kids went up & down, some friends getting in & some getting out, over & over, while showing off their tested perfume samples to eachother. The store wouldn't/couldn't do anything. Anyhow I think there's also a larger problem that kids, especially preteens, think they need to look older and to have complex beauty routines, such that you hear of 11 year olds using retinol. I know the main problem with that is social media pressure but hey, a supply-side effort at curbing the problem wouldn't hurt. No more unaccompanied kids in Sephora.

I know that massaging a few drops of rosemary oil into the scalp can help with hair regrowth if you do it regularly. Also The Ordinary makes a serum (much less natural) that does the same. Obviously she should check with her oncologist about using these products because cancer & chemo & radiation etc can sometimes cause the body to be sensitised to things in ways we might not guess.
