We’re starting this thread for you guys to report any issues and weird things that you are seeing or ask any questions. We have a number of issues logged that we are already working on a fix for, so this is a work in process.
Some things to note as you are reporting issues:

It’s good to see you all and thanks for being patient!
Whenever reporting a bug we need as much info as possible or our tech team cannot reproduce the issue and verify it's actually occurring. If they can't see the issue they cannot fix it. You cannot overshare details, test on too many devices or share too many screenshots... The more detail the better!

@GeorginaBT I’m still getting the error. The only way I can get on is if I clear my cashe every time I log in.
It logged me in automatically earlier today (around 1pm central iirc) and I was excited it might be fixed, but just now, I got stuck in the dreaded loop, eventually resolving at an error page.
Mobile site, Android, chrome browser. Will try again late tonight after I get off work and update this if I have different results.
ETA: 1135pm central, got the eternal loop again, so I moved over to sephora.com and logged in again from there 😕
@GeorginaBT Just tested via Safari on my iPad. First I logged out of BIC, then went to .com homepage and logged out of my Sephora account. Cleared Safari cache/history, closed and relaunched Safari, visited .com homepage and logged in. Went to BIC (used Community dropdown menu in top nav to visit BIC homepage) to make sure I was also logged in there (I was; no need to log in a second time).
From BIC, I visited my BI Summary page and then checked my recent points activity. Where I used to have problems was trying to get back into BIC from any .com page. But today, I went from my BI Summary page to BIC homepage and was still logged in to BIC, hooray!
I’ll try via Chrome later. Meanwhile, things look good via Safari. 👍 Thanks to you and the tech team for the update(s)!
@GeorginaBT It has been the same for me. Although I didn’t have as many issues as others.

@TeamBIC lately I feel like some members are bots. For instance sydneylof23 asking the same questions over and over again. I had to mark them as spam.

@TeamBIC with all the login issues, one advantage of the app I realized is that I can see past reviews ( maybe it’s the last 30 days or so?)
Anyway, I have been trying to be more diligent about leaving reviews but I realized that my reviews don’t seem to show up as verified purchase or non-incentivized. Do you know why that is, and can it be fixed?
A couple recent items are the OUAI St. Barts Hair and Body Mist 3.3 oz / 97 ml
Ellis Brooklyn MIAMI NECTAR Eau de Parfum 1.7 oz / 50 ml eau de parfum spray and many other things I bought myself.

🔹The post button is gone...turns out if I click where it should be (to the right of the cancel button), it's there, just hidden, but it sure would be nice if it came back lol
🔹I typed up this post, realized I hadn't tagged y'all, and this is how it looked when I went back and added the @ symbol
🔹Strike through, bold, italic, and underline don't work right...if I hit them enough times in a random order over and over, one of them might stick, but it's never the one I want
🔹Still having a dreadful time logging in as well; I have to swap to Sephora and login there before coming back to the community. Clearing cookies doesn't help.
The last week or so has been particularly bad for logging in. I wasn’t able to get in to BIC on iPhone, iPad or laptop browser. I can usually close all my tabs and reopen Safari, go to Sephora.com (sometimes m.sephora.com to avoid redirect to the app). But that hasn’t been working (until finally tonight). Also tried logging out on.com and logging back in, which used to work sometimes. All very frustrating.
But, my low buy is actually in good shape, I’ve saved a bunch of money not being influenced to buy anything, lol.
I sure wish the app was more user friendly for community participation!
Hi @RGbrown! 🙂 Following up on these issues you've been experiencing when posting to the Forum: have you noticed any improvements?
We're unfortunately still working through the log in issues on our side - I'm still running into those problems myself! 🤞
Everything seems fine now (except the pesky login mess, which I took care of by just not logging in very often anymore 😞)
@GeorginaBT - I am still having problems logging in to the community. It's been particularly bad the past few days, including today. I have to clear my browsing data every time before I enter the community through the main Sephora web page. I've never had to clear the data more than occasionally before.

We're looking into this now @RGbrown! Thanks for the heads up (and screenshots!) on the weird experience you're seeing when trying to post.
Our tech partners are working on a fix for the the login issues - we hope to have it fixed very soon! 🤞
