Destroy, Risk - destroy has a fair amount of shimmer but it is similar shade to the base lipstick so it doesn’t pick up a lot. Risk does not have much shimmer at all, it looks more metallic than glittery and seems very close to the colour of Black Orchid lipstick

PP, Risk is a lovely colour but I did notice of all the ones I've purchased it requires the most building up. That could be intentional, since it's a dark, vampy colour but it did initially apply a lot more translucent than I expected it to but it is smooth and does not have a sandy texture.

SM, I would not be surprised if the glitter trend is beginning to wane; so many major brands were putting out glitter lipsticks last year so there's probably an oversaturation on the market. I think PMG will always continue with them because glitter seems to be part of her brand DNA but I wouldn't be surprised if other brands start pulling back.

@Mochapj  That's good to know that starts out a bit sheerer, though I feel like that actually may make me want it more! My only concern with the shade was that it may be a bit too dark, but it sounds a single layer would be a lot less vampy.

@Mochapj  Risk is absolutely gorgeous on you. I was trying to convince myself not to want these due to potential texture issues, but if this one is smooth I'm extremely tempted.

Omg @Mochapj was just gonna say same thing that you were killing us with Risk! Lol. Amazing. Destroy too. So chunky texture not a deterrent then obv? Why am I so sensitive to it grr.

@Sunnysmom  I don't find these 2 to be chunky; they are quite smooth. I can't say the same thing about Stunner though... I tried that one on and it is very large chunks and quite gritty. :S

@Sunnysmom  the level of texture really seems to vary from shade to shade.

I have 10 or 11 of these now and for the most part the ones I own are smooth. My Stunner is bad, my Havoc is also gritty but all the others (Bolt, Thrust, Firestar, Dazed, Control, Trance, Destroy, Risk) are great; I wouldn't even know they were 'glitter' lipsticks to feel them on. I bought a Surge last year and it was so gritty I sent it back to Sephora; it was literally like rubbing sand on my mouth.

Not sure why there's such a huge variance but I guess maybe it has to do with the different colours of glitter having different textures?

I do love Gaga’s Haus red shimmer and a few others that have a bit of it so that’ll do if these don’t work out. I also recently read that glitter lippies were going out of favor (have you?) and not trending as much so I was kind of surprised TF was still doing them but they are so fun and pretty and I adore them on you! Very inspiring ! I swear you should be a lip model  with those beauties ! 😘🥰.
