We’re starting this thread for you guys to report any issues and weird things that you are seeing or ask any questions. We have a number of issues logged that we are already working on a fix for, so this is a work in process.
Some things to note as you are reporting issues:

It’s good to see you all and thanks for being patient!
Whenever reporting a bug we need as much info as possible or our tech team cannot reproduce the issue and verify it's actually occurring. If they can't see the issue they cannot fix it. You cannot overshare details, test on too many devices or share too many screenshots... The more detail the better!
@TeamBIC I sent out six PMs, and am now getting an error message that I have posted the max and should try again later. I want to send out at least one more today. I know this has happened in the past. Any way we can fix it? I'm wanting to coordinate for BIC Holiday greeting card exchange? 2023

Hi @greeneyedgirl107! Happy Friday. 😊 Let us know if you're still not able to send PMs today - usually the system makes you space them out a bit (to avoid not-so-nice people sending out mass spam!). We'll look into it if so!
@GeorginaBT thanks for answering! Another question: is it accurate that we can only tag one BICer per PM?
Hi @greeneyedgirl107! 😊 It's true you can only send a PM to one fellow BIC member at a time. I do believe you should be able to tag multiple BICers in a PM even if you're only sending it to one person - let me know if you experience otherwise!
@GeorginaBT so does that mean that if u want to send the same message to multiple BICers, I could do it the following way:
Address to one BICer, the tag the others in the message box? That way, everyone could get the same PM?
@greeneyedgirl107 Oooh, not exactly - you can tag multiple members in your PM, but the system only allows you to send one PM to one person at a time. The benefit is that your recipient can click on the usernames of those you tag and go straight to their profiles. 😊
@TeamBIC would love to have a way to subcategorize my loves list.
Great great idea @greeneyedgirl107 , me too! 💞 Not sure if anybody else mentioned but I’d also love a “saved for later” , so if we take something out of our carts yet don’t want it just on a loves list. 😊
@Sunnysmom agree with this as well, being able to save items for later would be so useful! I've always found it odd that Sephora doesn't already let us do that, tbh.
I’m sure a lot of these are tricky @caitbird but we could definitely use it!

@caitbird I've also suggested in thr past that we should be able to add comments, like if a product was recommend by a BICer.
I also want a list that let's us keep track of items that aren't loves. That way, we know which shades we swatched in store and that were not for us.
@greeneyedgirl107 these are all excellent ideas! I would love it if some or all of these features became available in the future.
@greeneyedgirl107 That would be awesome! Honestly I've been keeping track on Google Docs but it becomes difficult and tedious. Would be amazing if we could get subcategories and comments available to keep track of BIC recommendations. 🤗

Me too, @greeneyedgirl107! 😅 I'd love to separate "new products to try" vs "products I need to replenish." It's a good idea - TeamBIC doesn't manage the Loves list part of Sephora.com, but we'll pass it along to our friends at Sephora HQ who do if the opportunity presents itself!
