We’re starting this thread for you guys to report any issues and weird things that you are seeing or ask any questions. We have a number of issues logged that we are already working on a fix for, so this is a work in process.

It’s good to see you all and thanks for being patient!
Whenever reporting a bug we need as much info as possible or our tech team cannot reproduce the issue and verify it's actually occurring. If they can't see the issue they cannot fix it. You cannot overshare details, test on too many devices or share too many screenshots... The more detail the better!

Hi @SportyGirly125! Thanks for following up on missing product tags in Gallery - so sad that we're still seeing the issue. 🙁 Our tech partners do still have this (and the jumbled reviews/Q&A with random % symbols!) on their list to address as soon as they are able.
We appreciate you keeping an eye out - thanks again for your patience while our tech team works on a solve! 🙏
@GeorginaBT The photos are still not showing product tags through the app. Are they still working on this? It was reported in August but it's already November and still not working.

@TeamBIC I've been wanting a feature on product pages where we could write comments. Sometimes I get excited about a new product, and just want to share my enthusiasm. For example, when I saw that Verb released Verb Dry Shampoo Powder 2 oz / 60 g I wanted to shout, "Yay! I love seeing powder versions of dry shampoo!" Also, I'd like to give feedback on products that I haven't pursued -- and kind of sound off on why. Like for Fable & Mane HoliRoots™ Pre-wash Hair Treatment Oil I was interested until I saw how high up the fragrance was listed on the ingredient list.
I feel like such an option isn't supported on the product pages, as right now you can only write reviews or do the Q&A thing.

@GeorginaBT and @TeamBIC , To simplify adapting the Q&A section, we can answer a Question or Comment of the product, by clicking on a Q&A box or Comment box before submitting the Question or Comment. Then, add 2 Sort options to view either/or :
1 for Q&A 's
and
1 for Comments

Cool idea @greeneyedgirl107! You're right that there isn't really a dedicated place to share thoughts on a product page without having tried the product yet. We're always thinking of ways to make it easier for Sephora shoppers to reference each others' thoughts on products as they shop on our site, so this feedback is helpful - we're taking note!! 📝😊
@RGbrown @GeorginaBT I saw the same thing on my phone today, too. (iOS 15.5 + latest Google Chrome) And now that I'm home at my laptop, I see it starting on page 3, beginning with the 7th thread from top of page. (MacOS Monterey + Safari 15.5)
@WinglessOne @RGbrown Well it was good while it lasted.. 😂 Thanks to both of you for keeping an eye on this - I just let our tech partners know that we're not done with this one quite yet! We'll keep working on a (hopefully more permanent!) fix. 😊
Is it just me or is the gallery very slow to upload pics today? I'm on pc, chrome browser 😴💤
So sorry to hear this @Skunk12puzzola! We've had other members report that the Gallery has been giving them trouble uploading recently, so it's definitely not just you. We've made note of the issues on our side - we appreciate your patience as we continuously make improvements to the experience! 🙏

Wanted to quickly check in on the issue where original posts are showing up where new replies should appear on the home page feed - are you all still seeing this? Our vendor partners are continuing to work on this one, but curious if you've noticed any improvements so far.

@GeorginaBT Thanks for checking in! I have noticed some improvements with some threads that I know were broken in the Fragrance Fans group like "Fragrance Junkie Central" now are appearing normal. However, I still see some threads that are not fixed. Thank you for continuing to work on this issue!
