The Love of My Life by Rosie Walsh Ahhhhh, this one I liked; I really liked. 😍 The commentary from ABC News' Lana Hasan about this book is well stated - "Let's put it this way: if it weren't for work, I would have been able to finish this book in a day." This novel is held out as a mystery - thriller - suspense - romance - fiction. I was interested in the mystery part and there is something to be solved but it's not like a whodunit type novel. I wouldn't say it's a thriller or a romance though the storyline touches, in part, on what it means to love in a very real and thought-provoking way. This came across my radar because I had picked up the book The Last Thing He Told Me and if you liked that one, you might like this one as well. The story is well written, with words weaved beautifully together to stir up emotions and move you to think. 💖 I also like that none of the characters are written as perfect - they're flawed, real. I didn't relate very much to the main character, more so with the husband, and it was interesting to read the various events that take place from their respective points of view. 4-1/2 stars.
