We’re starting this thread for you guys to report any issues and weird things that you are seeing or ask any questions. We have a number of issues logged that we are already working on a fix for, so this is a work in process.

It’s good to see you all and thanks for being patient!
Whenever reporting a bug we need as much info as possible or our tech team cannot reproduce the issue and verify it's actually occurring. If they can't see the issue they cannot fix it. You cannot overshare details, test on too many devices or share too many screenshots... The more detail the better!

Just wondering if there was an update on seeing our reviews on desktop? I've seen a few people are able to see theirs on the app but I still haven't been able to see mine or others.
Hi @Samtian, thanks so much for flagging what you're experiencing, we know intermittent display issues like this can be frustrating. We're actively working on this with our reviews partner and hope to fully resolve it soon. We would encourage to download the latest version of our app so that you can benefit from the latest go-forward bug fixes that are released with each version. @TeamBIC Thanks, I do have the updated app, I just don't like using the app. Sephora is much better on the desktop, and where I spend most of my time.
@itsfi I wasn't able to find mine on the app lol.
Let me see if I can walk you through what I do to get to my most recent reviews on the app @Samtian. If I'm not mistaken, the reviews on this page go back 12 months, but I'll defer to @TeamBIC on that.
1. On the app, there's the bottom row of "tabs" - from left to right it reads: Home - Shop - Offers - [Your Name] - Gifts - Stores. Select the icon with Your Name and profile photo.
2. That takes you to a page that at the top of the screen has your profile pic and a greeting, such as "Good afternoon, [Your Name]" - about a third of the way down, there's a section titled "Beauty Insider Summary"- Click on that.
3. You'll be taken to a page with your BI - VIB - Rouge status and current points. Scroll down. Keep scrolling. After the section with your "Points Activities" there will be a section titled "Get More Out of Your Membership" - Click on that.
4. A pop up window will appear with the Sephora Winky girl logo and a tab in red with white writing that reads "Explore Now" - select that tab.
5. You will be taken to a page that reads "Beauty Insider Community" - right above that, you should see a few tabs. From left to right, they read "Community" - "Profile" - "Groups" - Gallery" - "Start a Conversation" etc. - Click on the "Profile" tab
6. You will be taken to a page with you profile pic, user name, spending level status (BI, VIB, Rouge) - number of followers, posts, etc. Scroll down and you should see a section for "My Reviews" - it is the section before "We Think You Will Also Love".
7. Across from the heading "My Reviews" there is a "View all >" option. Selecting that option will take you to a page with recent reviews you've posted.

@itsfi Thank you. I don't have the get more out of your membership part. When I try to get into the community a different way it says sign in, and then when I do takes me back to the page I can't get in on.
Hi @danielledanielle, @Samtian & @jaaayp. Oh no, that's odd! Have you tried updating your app? If you already have the latest version, have you tried completely signing out and then signing back in?
@TeamBIC Yep, Google Pixel always keeps me updated on the apps.
Tried that, a reinstall, but the space where the buttons are/supposed to be is MIA @TeamBIC
However, I did find a way to access community... It's a bit of a run around.
Go to a product page, scroll to the bottom where (hopefully) there's "See it in real life" pics, scroll over to the right until your see "See more in gallery"
You'll be in the gallery, but then you can access community through the header. 🤷🏽♀️😔. This is really a cumbersome way, but they only way I've found. @jaaayp @Samtian
@danielledanielle Thanks for the work around. When I click on the photo, it doesn't give me any options to click elsewhere (on the app) 🤔
Same @Mellmars1185 thank you for the workaround @danielledanielle but it doesnt work for meee 🙁 I guess I'll just have to continue carving out time to log on online and.... not be able to post pictures LOL
@jaaayp I ended up deleting the app and reinstalling it. Now I have the community tab. I like to use this to view my profile. Otherwise, I have been using the internet browser on my phone.
Omg! Thank you for sharing @Mellmars1185 I did that multiple times during December and it didn't work. I just tried it again after seeing your post and I see it now! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYY!!!
I tried @TeamBIC ! I think it's just for the holidays where it's just replacing the normal "Community" button with "Gifts" instead (or I hope). The only "workaround" I found out is to logon via desktop which works. I shall report back 1/1 LOL
I'm also having this issue, @TeamBIC!! I finally found a work around for my login issues in browser because I was so sad to notice the community was gone from the app. When I try to find it, as per the step by step above, I think there's a Benefit promo in the way?
I tried reinstalling, logging out and in again and restarting my device. I'm on a Google Pixel 7 Pro running the latest Android OS.
