We’re starting this thread for you guys to report any issues and weird things that you are seeing or ask any questions. We have a number of issues logged that we are already working on a fix for, so this is a work in process.

It’s good to see you all and thanks for being patient!
Whenever reporting a bug we need as much info as possible or our tech team cannot reproduce the issue and verify it's actually occurring. If they can't see the issue they cannot fix it. You cannot overshare details, test on too many devices or share too many screenshots... The more detail the better!
We appreciate you for your help in keeping the BIC a safe space @peculiarzmakeup! Our mod team handles every report of inappropriate content as quickly as they are able to. Thanks for keeping an eye out! 🙏

@TeamBIC fyi-getting sporatic notifications but mainly none this week and says no new once I am signed in. I got a few this am. I can still only get signed in with clearing cache every darn time as well.
Thanks for the heads up @Sunnysmom! We'll continue to look into the sporadic notifications with our Forum vendor partners.

@TeamBIC just noticed that 2 pictures I submitted says incentivized even though I did not select that button when submitted. On my review page it does show verified purchase so not sure what happened.

Now my notifications aren't coming up on BIC...it says I have none.

Also having this notification issue on iPad Safari and PC Chrome browsers. It shows a red dot to indicate new notifications, but then gives me the "you have no notifications" message. I can see PMs, though.
iPhone (mobile site/safary browser) seems to work correctly and shows the notifications. However, I still have to log out and back in on Sephora.com shopping site before being able to access BIC, but the notifications issue is new in the last week. @TeamBIC
@greeneyedgirl107 @GeorginaBT - Now I'm having this issue too. I'm not receiving most of my email notifications and my BIC notifications disappeared. They were there yesterday and today they are gone. The email notifications have been glitchy for the past week. I don't use the app.

@greeneyedgirl107 @GeorginaBT Add me to the list for this bug. This is not a new occurrence for me: it pops up every few months. I’m so used to it randomly happening once in a while, I don’t always report it here. 😂 But yeah, my notifications on BIC and via email are glitchy again in all the ways others have recently reported.
I can’t speak for the app experience because I don’t use the app. But for the website experience, this happens via iPad using Chrome and Safari, and iPhone using Chrome (haven’t checked in mobile Safari but I expect the same results).

Yes, now I'm seeing this too @greeneyedgirl107! Thanks for letting us know. And I know @peculiarzmakeup was seeing the same last week. We're having our vendor partners look into this!

@TeamBIC Hello, I normally receive and rely on my notifications through email. I noticed that I only received 2/4 emails from a certain post yesterday. Thank you 😊
Uh oh, thanks for noticing this @Mellmars1185! We didn't get a notification on the Team BIC account for this reply, either. 😮 We'll keep an eye out on this ... let me know if you receive a notification for this reply!

@GeorginaBT I've just noticed this as well, and when I'm logged in on Google Chrome it sometimes says I have no notifications when I go to check myself, they all disappear. Sometimes I can see them, and sometimes I can't.
