Refund
Hi, on November 27 I went to Sephora store to return a item and they
told me they refund the money to my depit card is been 11 days and I
haven’t seen my refund. How much longer is going to take to see my
refund back in my account. 😞

Rouge error
I just recently became rouge level on my account & when I try and add
2017Reward it gives me error must be logged onto rouge account and
purchase $50 worth of merchandise to qualify. One time use only...

Did you already use the promo as a vib either in store or online
@Kbigham ? You can only use it once even if your status has changed.
Also gift cards and custom sets are excluded.

Me too! I like ordering online for the convenience and samples, but my
last order didn’t include an item I purchased, or any of the samples I
selected. And this time I didn’t get any samples at all.. it’s
frustrating.

Order status
I submitted my order on 12/1 and it's still in progress. I understand it
hasn't been a long time yet but my VIB purchase was cancelled without
any warning or notification from Sephora. I just want to make sure it
