Order

Hello, I placed an order on Nov 21 and another on Nov 22. I got the shipping email but nothing since. What’s going on??

The same thing happened to me. I placed order on 21st, it said it shipped on 24th and then scanned going to a UPS facility on 27th but nothing updated since and no package yet... hmmm

Mmm seems like our packages are somewhere together. I received my other orders placed after those. Haven’t heard anything.

Same for me. I placed an order on 11/23, on 11/24 the billing info was received then on 11/27 the package was in transit to a UPS facility and I have heard nothing since. I was happy to see they were using UPS because all of my orders are delivered by LaserShip now and they are horrible. To be fair though, 2 orders I placed after this one were delivered in 1-2 days by LaserShip, so I have no idea what is going on and haven't heard back from Sephora yet.

And for it to be still happening to others with that particular skincare set is too coincidental. Its got to be something fishy going on with whoever has contact at that point with these limited edition parcels. 

 

A friend suggested its an inside job some staff staff may be taking them?

Thank you but eventually the order was fully refunded to me because UPS said they never received the items, they said it has scanned as coming out of the warehouse & getting on a trailer to head to the UPS facility in Memphis, TN but that they never received it. So somehow it has gone missing from there. It had scanned that it billing info received then updated as going to a UPS facility in Memphis but it never arrived. 

 

UPS couldn’t find it and Sephora either so the money was refunded. Since then the Tatcha skincare set had come in and out of stock quite rapidly and back out of stock, I was finally lucky enough to manage to order it after trying two times between that happening. I think they’re being stolen by staff unfortunately because some reason when I tried ringing Sephora support number customer service my number was blocked for a short period too. Too coincidental for it to happen at the same time as the parcel going “missing”
