Free samples missing

I recently made a $50+ order so it qualified for free shipping, and I added on a sample bag promo (metime code) plus three separate free samples. I received everything in my order and the sample bag, but not the three free samples. They show up on the online order tracker but are not listed on the paper summary in the box. I love getting the free samples and trying out new products, so I'm really disappointed that the samples are missing. What happened to them and how can I make sure I actually receive them next time?

Maybe getting through with the MOD will help and they'll give them. But unfortunately their online policy states they're not responsible for samples.

This just happened to me too 😞 I PM’d a mod on here. Hopefully they can help us out because this seems to be happening to a lot of people.

Awww that sucks but at least it's not just me. I really hope this gets fixed soon!

Me too! I like ordering online for the convenience and samples, but my last order didn’t include an item I purchased, or any of the samples I selected. And this time I didn’t get any samples at all.. it’s frustrating.
