Lost Package

I ordered a pretty pricey palette. I usually order online atleast twice a week. And never has anything come up missing . This one says delivered but it’s not there or at any of my neighbors. What do I do?

That happened to me too. So it’s my first time ordering online.. i received a text that my package has been delivered to my doorstep. When i checked nothing is outside my door. I doubled check the email from Sephora and i also tracked the delivery in USPS both of them says it has been delivered. After 5 hours my husband saw the package outside. We thought it was stolen.
