Hi, I placed an order on Monday and it "predicted" it should arrive
today but still has not even shipped. Almost every other time i've
bought something online here it has shipped the next day so why am I

I've been having the same problem as well 😞 This has happened for my
past two orders. I would understand if samples are substituted due to
being out of stock but to not give any at all is pretty frustrating...
