Those Darn Samples!

I think I'm jinxed or the shipping department likes to screw with me. I swear I have never received a sample I have requested...that is, IF I even receive my samples at all. My last box had one sample in it but, I'm not positive if it was a sample or not. It was some type of fragrance packet that had five one time use sheets in it. I legitimately pick out samples so that I'll know if I like a product enough to purchase it or not. Anyone else like me? Sometimes I'll break my orders up to take advantage of the promo's. I get free shipping...why not? Well, I'm pretty sure I got an "Eff.Ewe" package in reply one time. Lol! I had my shipments combined in one box and what should have been nine different samples....turned out to be 7 samples of the same item that I didn't choose, or particularly care for. Plus, it wasn't even an option at that time for me. Needless to say, I didn't learn my lesson and the Sephora Sample Shamboozle hasn't improved for me yet. Who else seems to have my good fortune with Sephora's Samples?

We're currently aware of our samples issue and we're working with our Distribution Centers to resolve it soon. I sincerely apologize you're both missing samples! Also, we do substitute samples when the samples you've originally selected go out of stock. I'll be sending you both a private message shortly to assist. 🙂

Yes and it seems to have gotten worse lately! I love trying new products through the samples but I rarely get any of the ones I choose, which I guess is whatever I know things run out. Its still a bummer though. And lately I've received a couple boxes with all the same sample as well as boxes with none at all!
