VIB kit/monthly sample 2018

Hi, I qualified for the VIB status but I can't see the option of adding the VIB kit in the reward bazaar section, nor did I receive a welcome email about being upgraded to VIB. How can I order the VIB kit online? Thanks

Also how does the monthly samples start? Do they just send them automatically or do I need to activate something first?

Congratulations for becoming VIB! All of our VIB Welcome Kits are electronic now. I recommend checking your junk/spam mail just in case your Welcome Kit went there! If you cannot find it, please private message me so I can assist. 🙂
