Account under review/Unsuccessful authorization

I am very displeased with the Sephora customer service.  

My recent 5 purchases have all been marked as unsuccessful authorization.  I finally got a customer service rep on the phone to tell me that it's because another account has my same address and that the "solutions" team would deactivate the other account.  I mean is that a valid reason to make it unsuccessful authorization - people change home addresses all the time, maybe the other person used to live in my apartment!  So the rep told me that the "solutions" team deactivated the other account, and so he proceeded to re-order my order, but it STILL received an unsuccessful authorization.

Anyway, now my account is under review, and no rep will tell me anything because the "solutions" team will get back to me ... should I hold my breath?

Hi , Can i ask did they resolved your problem ? Im having the exactly issue now . And i have to call sephora Cs back and for over a month 😞 . Still cant not place order online
