Missing 3 samples in my order

Ever since I’ve bought the flash shipping, I’ve been ordering a lot through Sephora’s app. I’m missing all three samples from my most recent order. I’m really disappointed since I was actually looking forward to it. I would’ve let it slide except this wasn’t the first time! My samples were listed on the order confirmation email and on my account, but they didn’t have it on the packing slip!!!! Come on!! This is getting a little frustrating! 😞

I've been having the same problem as well 😞 This has happened for my past two orders. I would understand if samples are substituted due to being out of stock but to not give any at all is pretty frustrating...
