Hi, I placed an order on Monday and it "predicted" it should arrive today but still has not even shipped. Almost every other time i've bought something online here it has shipped the next day so why am I having this delay now?

I'm experiencing the same issue! Now on day 4 and still no shipment. Customer service has been no help either.
