I had that happen to me this last purchase from them. I really wanted to
try that smash box primer, but never got it. There was a couple things I
didn’t get. I know it’s free & it’s samples, but they help me decide
what I’m buying!

i can understand the need to sub samples but to get zero samples with my

Has anyone had really bad luck with broken palettes arriving?
I am getting sick and tired of having to return palettes that come
broken. I live over a hour away from the store and order online
frequently. Out of 3 palettes the last two have come broken. Has anyone
else had these issues?

Free samples missing
Hi, I placed an order on Monday which arrived today without any of the
samples I selected (or any samples at all). I did receive my
OLEHENRIKSEN Night Transformation Gel though. Is there any way that I
