Greetings,I have a rakuten account. But I can't seem to sign up for
Sephora US Affiliate Program. I only see Sephora Australia and Brazil.

Insider points
On my insider points it says I have 250 then after 30 minutes it goes
down to 14 every time and I created a beauty profile so shouldn’t I have
