My Sephora Order Problems!!! I want my free samples!!!!!

I ordered 2 things from Sephora and I didn't get my 3 free things that come with every purchase!!!! I would like a refund for my order or get 3 free things pls. Sorry if I seemed rude I just thought I was getting 3 free things.
