Urgent Missing Delivery for Order #----------

My order was never delivered. This is the 3rd instance with ontrac in a year with problems! Please use another delivery provider. I called yesterday and spoke to a Sephora rep they informed I had to wait 24hrsbefore requesting a refund. Its been 24 hours and I would like a refund. They never delivered my order. Please respnd.

They probably use LaserShip and they're the absolute worst.

I unable to locate a package delivered by ontrac again! I waited since 2.27 and the package is no where to be found. Can we please follow up on:

 ASAP? I do not have time to wander around my neighborhood asking strangers if they have seen my package. I did not have challenges receiving my orders before and after this one delivered by USPS.

 

I live in a locked apartment complex and they never seem to take the second to call me at the door. They leave packages out front amongst the public and tons of strangers walking by... I live in L.A. in a city that is constantly busy and cant understand how Ontrac would leave a package on the front steps or anywhere else outfront. I am not sure why they delivered if they did, as I never select them as a delivery service.
