Canada postal code not working, help please

HI There,
I am trying to place an online order to ship to Canada. When I type in my postal code it says its not valid. Any suggestions on how I can place my order?

I'm sorry about this. I've shared this feedback for further review, and I recommend ensuring that you're accessing the Canada site, rather than the US site as Canadian postal codes will not be valid on the US site. I also recommend clearing your cookies/cache and switching to an alternative Internet browsers or device.
