Combining Beauty Insider accounts

Hi, I would like to combine my Beauty Insider accounts. I signed up for a physical card in store a few years back, and recently signed up for an online account, but there was nowhere to put my existing BI account #. Is it possible to combine them so that purchases online and in store are made to the same account?

I am having the same problem, I got a BI card from the store however now I am trying to buy from online and I made an account. How can I combine both sets of points from my card and account?
