I’m new to Sephora and have explored the app to see what all is out there. This is the second time I’ve found conflicting info on this app. First time was info on points for profile that expired months ago. Now it’s about VIB. In one place it gives info, then in another it’s different, and again an email had different info. It can be very confusing for new people. Why have it posted in so many places and not keep them all updated? Email says free shipping at VIB-not sure if it’s a one time thing or not. It’s not clearly posted. Does anyone know what the benefits are and if it’s a monthly gift or a one time handpicked gift? If it’s monthly, how do you get them?

Once you qualify for VIB, you will receive a one time code for free shipping, as well as a one time use 10% off and custom makeover coupon. The monthly gifts are VIB exclusive promos that are sent out via email.
