I know it's a super busy time for Sephora but no samples were in my last

Birthday code not working :(
Today is my birthday and it said that I could get something free and
when I tried adding the items to my cart, any of the three options, it
doesn’t allow me to and it says something about the sku not being

Payment error
I was trying to make a order, when this error message popped up. I've
re-entered my credit card number and CVN, changed browsers, changed
devices, double-checked my credit card (it's valid) and I still can't

Sephora lip balm with weird lines on it
I ordered the lip balm during the sale and noticed there are weird lines
on it. Really not sure if it’s used or that is how the product is.
