Rewards in Canada are a scam!!

I’m a rouge member and saved up thousands of points to get the Jo Malone Blush Peony and Suede reward and the website wouldn’t let me check out the rewards! This happens to me every week that I try to get a reward! I’m so upset and disappointed. Has anyone in Canada actually redeemed anything?? I called customer service and all they did was patronize me! Seriously Sephora? Way to treat loyal Canadian customers... Sephora thinks they can do whatever they want because they have a monopoly on beauty in Canada. Well thankfully NORDSTROM opened up and their collections are way more extensive on brands like NARS, YSL and Jo Malone etc.
