Missing samples

I know it's a super busy time for Sephora but no samples were in my last order. I totally understand that substitutions would be made for out of stock samples but none at all? It's in my online order form but not on the form in the package. 

Samples are half the fun of making orders and a sale shouldn't mean that Sephora doesn't deliver on what they promise.
