Not receiving free samples anymore???

Hey guys, it has became clear to me that in all my 2018 Sephora orders I either didn’t receive all 3 sample I chose or I got sent ones I never chose as well. But recently in my past two orders this week I never received ANY of the samples chosen. 

 

Pretty bummed about it...anyone else having this problem? Should I contact Sephora?
