No samples with either order

So I made two separate purchases during your 15% off sale, both packages arrived today with NO samples in either box.  What gives? I rely on those samples since the nearest sephora to me is a 40 minute drive.  I'm really disappointed.  I have two more orders coming, something tells me those will be sampleless too.
