Same here! Very frustrated that they dont even acknowledge my emails to

I am having the same problem. This is the third time I’ve placed an
order and they have cancelled all or some of my rewards items. Not only
do they cancel my items but it still says it’s available online several
days later. Very disappointing

Same issue here. 50% of my orders come with no samples at all. Plus,
they rarely use my flash 2 day shipping I PAY for anymore. I'm about fed
up enough to start shopping at just Ulta and Dermstore. Sephora needs to
get their act together.
