Pictures in Gallary Disappearing

Has anyone noticed their pictures in the gallery disappearing? My info says \"35 looks\" but, as I scrolled, I noticed one disappear *poof*. The layout adjusted as if I'd deleted a photo. It still says \"35 looks\". I counted and there are only 20 \"looks\" although the should be 35. I've had issues with the gallery before. All of my hearts disappeared and became '0❤'. I was told this would get fixed and it didn't. Instead, I, basically, started over. I'm frustrated with having to go through and redo things. At first, when a look I thought I had put up wasn't there, I assumed I was mistaken. I'd go through all of the steps and redo it. Then, when a look would be missing, I'd redo it thinking it was removed due to some rule I wasn't aware of being broken; i.e., I name other brands outside of Sephora on a title. Now, I see that looks are just disappearing as I scroll. What is going on with this site/app?

Thank you for your inquiry. 🙂 I checked out your Gallery posts on a computer and on the Sephora App, and I can see that there are 35 looks posted. It also looks like most of your posts have hearts. If you're not seeing this on your end, you may want to try logging out and logging back in, or deleting and re-downloading the Sephora App. If you're using the mobile browser, please try switching to the Sephora App if possible, and let us know if the issue persists after trying out these trouble shooting steps. Good evening Laurie, I deleted my cookies, tried my mobile web browser, desktop, and the app. I've understood and reinstalled the app and I'm only seeing 20 pictures. if I count the collages, I get 35 but not if I look at each submission. Also, the hearts that are there directly cameafter the previous issue. Everything had dropped to zero and hadn't been restored. Mainly, I'm noting the issues I'm experiencing with the app.The gallery issue is frustrating because I kept having to upload them so I stopped correcting it.

Thanks for providing screenshots! It looks like it's the oldest 15 photos that you are unable to see, and I'm able to see these on my end. I sent a request to learn what might be going on, and I'll PM you when I receive more information. Thank you!
