Items missing from 2 separate orders 1 month apart

This is just an FYI - I have been missing items from 2 separate orders in the past 2 months.  I placed an online order on 8/09/2018, for 4 paid items, 3 promo foundation samples, and 3 of the usual samples.  I received ONE paid item, and the 3 regular samples.  I was missing 3 paid items and all of the promo samples.  I called customer service and they did resolve the issue, and I received the correct items just a few days after I called.  So I did not do anything else and assumed it was a fluke.

HOWEVER, I just placed another order on 9/14/2018, for one item - the UD Naked Palette, which is on sale.  I received the package today, which contained the usual free samples, but not the ONE item I paid for!  I am literally flabbergasted, and I have never experienced anything like this in my life, and I order online all the time, from many different companies, because I hate to go shopping in stores.  Anyway, I called customer service today, and they said they would re-ship the item, and I have received the confirmation email for the re-shipment.  I assume I will receive it in a timely manner like I did last time.  However, this is just ridiculous, and I am telling everyone I know.  I ordered 1 paid item, and did not receive that item - the only item listed on the packing slip.  I don't know what your warehouse employees are doing, but it is not good.  Anyway, I've said my peace, I just had to say something
