Payment

I have placed a order using my jcpenney card an it’s shipped . It’s not charging my jcpenney card which I’m using as payment.. I don’t know what’s going on..  I don’t know what payment method Sephora is using.. This is the second time this has happened.. I’m buying through Sephora.com not the jcpenney sephora portal..
