Why don't I have my package!? (Flash member)

So I am so annoyed because I ordered the KVD lock-it foundation because I was running low. I got what I thought was my package in 2 days which made me happy. disappointment kicked in when I realized my name was on the package but the contents were someone else's, even her receipt was in there. I called customer service and the woman I spoke with said she could expedite my shipping to "flash 1 day" i promised her I would take the wrong items to sephora when I can. (not in a hurry because why do I pay $10 a year for free 2 day shipping? Going in feels like a waste and on top of that this was their error). Anywho, my package has been stuck in UTAH for 5 days. When the hell am I getting it!!? I need my foundation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
