Hello BIC friends, today I want to talk about gratitude! According to Psychology Today, practicing gratitude can have a whole host of benefits, including improving relationships and self-esteem, reducing stress and toxic emotions, and increasing happiness. The Mayo Clinic says feeling thankful can improve sleep, mood and immunity, while decreasing depression and anxiety. To remind us all to have an “attitude of gratitude,” I thought it would be fun to make a thread where everyone can share the things they’re thankful for. What (or who) are you grateful for today? Feel free to share whatever you’re grateful for – no matter how big or how small!Today, I'm grateful for:💜 my parents, for always being there for me no matter what💜 @TeamBIC & all the BIC Community Ambassadors for all they do to make this community such a wonderful and positive place that I love💜 Alpyn Beauty Willow & Sweet Agave Plumping Lip Mask .35 oz/ 10 mL which is saving my dry lips today!
