Week 21 - The My Best Self Makeup Capsule: The Rare Beauty EditSeeing @danielledanielle capsule choices for the week made me want to put together a Rare Beauty focused capsule. I have more RB products than this - a couple more liquid blushes, a concealer, powder brush and a lot more lip products, but these made up my options yesterday and today and while on the smaller side, have most of what I need. This is my third tube (one I ended up gifting) and I just received a notification that my auto-replenishment of it has shipped. I'm aiming to do some late spring cleaning this weekend and I suspect my Rare Beauty bags will pop up during that time. Never when I'm looking for them though! Hahaha!

It was really such a nice treat, both the time to do this and the cake @ather. It was delicious - not too sweet, dense and fluffy at the same time, and paired well with the tea. There's only one other place in the city that I've seen with strawberry matcha cake (I'm sure there may be more, just haven't gotten on my radar) and I like that as well, though it's further away.

@GeorginaBT there's something oddly fun about assembling that "wishlist" and then allowing yourself the time to build up some anticipation and excitement for when you finally get to indulge 😊.
