March has made its way to us, and to celebrate, we’re breaking out the beauty brackets for our second annual Makeup Madness Challenge in the BIC! For the next few weeks, eight popular makeup categories will go head-to-head in a showdown to snag the title of 2022 Community Champion makeup category. It’s up to YOU to vote on the winner … and share some tried-and-true beauty recs along the way (because why not?!). 😉

We kicked off round 1 with a matchup that sparked serious passion last year: lipstick vs. mascara. 🔥 Mascara ended up taking the crown in 2021, but who knows what will happen this year… especially since we’ll be adding new makeup categories to the mix in future rounds. 😏 Stay tuned!

@MvLL Thanks for the info. I am going to check my stash of samples. I may have this! Unfortunately I can't find a colour match with the current foundation that I have. I may have to take a visit to a Sephora store to get shade matched again!

Team Concealer hands down! I rarely wear full makeup, but concealer is always in my purse to help make my eyes look brighter or to cover up the random breakout (p.s. can someone please tell my skin that I’m about 25 years out of my puberty phase, enough with the zits already! KTHKX) Bobbi Brown Skin Cream Concealer Stick I’ve been using Bobbi Brown since I first started my love affair with beauty products, and although I’ve had flings here and there with other products, I always find my way back to Bobbi Brown because the color match and product longevity on me is ideal.

@LCResz, BB concealer sticks are a treasure. 💗 Is the formula on this one the same just repackaged?

@LCResz  How do you like the stick formulation compared to the liquid one? TIA

@Ispend2much6  I love the consistency of the BB stick, it melts into my skin seamlessly and it stays put all day. Now, I have normal to oily skin, so the formula may not be great for dry skin as it may just sit on your skin rather than blend smoothly.

Thats hard cause I use them interchangeably.  I think I’ll go with concealer cause I like covering any discolouration near my nose and under eyes and I can sheer it out elsewhere if I wish.  
My two favourite concealers are Smashbox undereye brightening corrector and Nars Radiant creamy concealer.  Smashbox Smashbox X Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector Fair/Light NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer with Hydrating Medium Coverage
