@sevan20 We don't have a way to process an exchange by mail. If the item
was purchased online, it can be returned to us by mail for a refund or
it can be exchanged in your nearest Sephora store.

Hello, Is Sephora doing anything to assist fire victims? I am asking

@bleighb3 first of all, how do you know that your points have
disappeared? Sometimes there's a discrepancy between what you see on the
app vs the website; it's a pretty common glitch. Also, have you
contacted Customer Service?
