It was soooo frustrating to get shuttled from the credit card company
back to Sephora just to hear they can't honor the credit card rewards!
Such bad customer service (actually LACK THEREOF).

I totally get you… is frustrating how no one can help. They just keep
you on hold until the call is disconnected. Until some agent tells you
to wait 48 hrs and then again nothing! It is a SCAM
