Package Missing Samples
I recently placed an order with two samples and did not receive my
samples. I’m disappointed as I was not notified that they would be
missing from the order, and I would like a replacement as I was looking
forward to trying them. Thanks!

Credit card not linked to account
I got a new Sephora credit card and have been using it and it’s
activated but it’s not linked to the app and the app keeps saying
