Broken eyeshadow stick
I ordered a Laura Mercier eyeshadow stick and the first time I opened

This has also happened with both of my Laura Mercer caviar eye shadow
sticks. It’s the first time I’ve paid to try higher-end make-up and I’m
so disappointed to spend $33 on something nice for myself and both are
broken.

Same thing happened to me, 3 days over, bad reaction to product, no
flexibility or case by case decision making by staff or customer
service. I did not need refund and could’ve used store credit. Terrible.
