Ouai Shampoo
I bought Ouai shampoo on 8/22/24 and I am not satisfied. I would like to
return but I do not have my receipt. I do have a reference on my account
online. I was wondering if that is sufficient for an in store return?

I tried the glow recipe one right when it got posted and same issue and
others are having the same problem so I don’t think this is an isolated
problem. Needs to be fixed asap. It’s problematic that Sephora does not
take these things seriously.

I'm getting an error in the app and when I try using the web and click
