receive an email for this promotion if we cannot use it anyway????!!!!

I am also wondering about this. It appears that Canadian Sephora members
got the email for YAYGIFTING but it is not working for me at the moment.

Rouge
I am not getting notification that I am in Rouge for next year. I made a
return and received orders and have not seen anything to indicate
whether I am in rouge or not and it is getting to the very end.

No Samples
I received my VIB rouge order and the package didn’t have the samples I
picked - this seems to be happening more and more with my online orders,

Same with me I hardly have been getting samples and now lately it won't
even let me pick out any. It's annoying because the samples are what
helps me choose new products. Who wants to spend 30 -50 dollars on a
product and not try it first.

Just happened to me today. I DID get two samples, but no where close to
the two perfumes I had selected. Extremely disappointed as i
specifically waited to order until there were samples that appealed to
me.

Though that make sense....giving the consumer the illusion of being able
to "pick" their samples is misleading. Suggest getting rid of that
option as I feel misled and new to sephora so makes me quest...
