They are turned on but I actually was able to figure out the issue. When
you scratch off the silver to see the number and PIN, some of the PIN
number got removed also. I was luckily able to figure out the numbers
that were removed. Thank you.

I spoke with customer service; they told me I had to go a store to get
the missing item. I am in Charlotte; they are in Chicago suburbs. So now
my gift has become work for their mom. I did find out it was supposed to
be "Ellis Brookyln Myth Perfume"

Cancelled order
I placed an order at Sephora through klarna. Sephora cancelled my order
