I was charged $159 on 12/4 when I placed an order for my daughter's

I'm getting pretty annoyed with Sephora and the free sample lottery. I
always make sure to order the samples, and sometimes I may receive one
and if I'm lucky, I will rarely get both of what I ordered...

I can relate SO MUCH! in my last order Sephora had to re-order my items
3X and I had to be on the customer service chat with FleetOptics
everyday to get my parcel right as they apparently weren’t able...

Agreed!!! My Mothers Day gift was sent back because they could “not find
my address” meanwhile I’ve been ordering for years with no issues up
until now. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks to get this result from
FleetOptics. Very disappointing.
