Disappointed with Sephora
I redeemed 100 points for a serum, but they gave me a gel cream instead.
I’m very disappointed with Sephora’s service in recent years.

The same thing happened to me! Except instead of my 2 samples being
missing only one of them was and the sample that came wasn’t even the
one I ordered!

be missing. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you
