Sephora credit card Application issues

I have submitted my credit card application and I have never heard back.

I have tried on 4 separate occasions from the beginning of 2024 to 2025, and I have not heard back from anyone because it continues to say that it is being reviewed and I will hear back from someone in 10 business days.

I have not heard back from someone when I have called the following number: 

1 866-841-5037

The staff tell me that they cannot help me. As they can only help active Sephora, customers and they are unable to view the application. And that I would have to wait even though I have been waiting well past ten days. Is this genuinely the process, or is this going to be reflective of being a scam?

I have been buying from Sephora for years. I never thought an application for a credit card would be this difficult.

Has anyone else had the same issue?

I applied two months ago.  Same exact situation for me.  Awful.

@LadyHades I’m having the same issue, it’s been this way for me for months now with no resolution and I can’t even re-apply because according to sephora it’s “under review” for the past 7 months now.
