20% off coupon

I received a 20% off coupon and when I try to apply it to my order it says "Must be logged into BI, VIB, Rouge Beauty Insider account to redeem this offer." 

 

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Why would you send me this coupon if I can't use it?  I see that many other customers are having this same problem.
