Why the three samples are not included?
In my recent two orders, the three samples that I selected at check out
were not included, not even shown on the receipt. What's the problem?

This is my 3rd order that 0 samples were sent. At this point, it’s just
false advertising. I don’t mind places that don’t offer free samples....
I mind that they pretend to and don’t. I emailed them and got an auto
response. No resolution

order before, they never promise you that it can be done. They tell you
they can put in a request and to check back in 24 hours to see if the
request reached the warehouse.
