Still Processing with Flash Shipping + Point Perk Cancellation

I placed an online order on Wednesday, December 13, and it's still processing. I have flash shipping so when I placed the order, it said I would receive it by the 18th. Since that's tomorrow and I haven't received a shipping confirm, I highly doubt it... I'm normally patient except I'm probably going out of town in a week so I'm starting to worry if it will even show up by the end of this week. Is this normal, or is there something wrong with my order?

 

I also had the 100 point Clinique Moisture Surge Face Spray supposedly cancelled from my order days ago. But online shows it's still available and has been since then. Why was it cancelled?
